From October 25 to November 11, 2018, the Jiangning Binjiang Development Zone held its inaugural sports games at the Olympic College of Nanjing Sport Institute. Seven athletes from our company competed in five events: slow cycling, badminton, chess, 100-meter dash, and shot put. After intense competition, Comrade Liang Zhipeng from the Technical Department claimed first place in the men's slow cycling event and seventh place in men's singles badminton. Du Wei secured sixth place in chess, while Ren Guixiu and Wang Li achieved fourth and seventh place, respectively, in the women's shot put. At the opening ceremony of the sports games on November 10, under the leadership of General Manager Dong, 28 employees from our company marched in high spirits across the stadium as a uniformed square formation. Chanting in unison, "Huadian Energy Conservation, Striving for Excellence; Vibrant Binjiang, Forging Brilliance," they passed the rostrum with impeccable coordination, showcasing the positive and enterprising spirit of Huadian’s team. Their outstanding performance earned unanimous praise from the Binjiang Development Zone and the honorary title of "Sportsmanship Award."
